We bring to you a simple Mango Salad. Simple as it is, a bit traditional and very satiating, you are sure to go ‘Oh…nice…!’

Mango Salad
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4INGREDIENTS:

1. 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2. 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
3. 1 teaspoon sugar
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6. 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
7. 1 firm-ripe mango, peeled and cut into cubes
8. 1 large tomato, cut into small cubes
9. 1 small onion, sliced
10. 1/3 cup fresh coriander leaves

PREPARATION:
Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper until sugar is dissolved, then add oil, whisking until emulsified. Add remaining ingredients and toss until coated.
